3. Ordering and payment

Payment is processed by our payment provider. Access is granted only after the provider confirms payment. We may refuse sales to countries not listed as supported at checkout.

4. Immediate access and withdrawal

Where consumer withdrawal rights apply to digital content, you can request immediate access and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once access begins. If you do not give this request, access cannot begin during the withdrawal period. Your consent, its wording and time are stored with your order and confirmed by email.
