Connect Claude or ChatGPT

Let an AI assistant browse the cases you have access to, read a case, give step-by-step hints without revealing answers, and show your progress. Read-only: it cannot buy, edit or delete anything. You sign in with your EMG Case Trainer account, and the assistant only sees what your account can access.

Authentication: OAuth (sign in when prompted). No API key needed.

Claude (claude.ai or Claude Desktop)

  1. Open Settings → Connectors and choose “Add custom connector”.
  2. Paste the name and server URL above, then click Add.
  3. Click Connect, sign in with your EMG Case Trainer account and approve access.
  4. In a chat, enable the connector from the tools menu and ask e.g. “List my cases in module M03” or “Give me a level 1 hint for ECT-012 question 1”.

ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode (requires a plan that supports custom connectors).
  2. Go back to Apps & Connectors and click Create.
  3. Enter the name and server URL above, choose OAuth authentication and confirm.
  4. Sign in with your EMG Case Trainer account and approve access, then select the connector in a new chat.

Available tools

  • list_cases — your accessible cases with completion and bookmarks.
  • get_case — one case; answers hidden unless you ask for them.
  • get_hint — graduated hints (level 1–3) that never state the correct answer.
  • get_my_access — access status, end date and progress.
